Don't understand why GGG would refuse the Cotto/Canelo winner a catchweight.

Its not like he hasn't used them himself, and he knows Cotto only weighs 153.

That is a huge payday for GGG, and a desperately required name on his resume.

It would also be great exposure considering that this PPV only pulled in 150k.

Is there anybody who thinks that Golovkin could not beat Cotto at 156 ?

Ward Beats Kovalev won't be easy

I think Kovalev will be a stiff test however I think this fight will look something like the Kessler fight with Ward beating him on the inside. However Kovalev jab and great use of range will cause Ward a lot of fits. Kovalev is very hittable and if your defense is lacking Ward has shown the ability to punish. I like both guys but I going with Ward.

Abel should take a good look at the numbers his boy little g did in his last fight. Dude didn't even break the 150K mark, but him along with the fools at HBO want to throw this boy out there as the next PPV star. LMAO!!!!!!!! Same reason why things get complicated. One reporter asked GGG about Ward, then all of a sudden the headline shows, "GGG is calling out Ward" when the guy was just responding to some idiot's leading questions.

We would hope the media balances out the news by interrogating Ward and pressing him for more questions that would lead to a real fight.

Is Ward ducking CWs? That's the same difference in weight class as between GGG and Ward.
