Not long ago $54.95 used to be the standard and we'd get the discounted fights at like 34.95.. Floyd and Manny did us in with the ridiculous 74.99 PPV events...

I'm going to the fight Saturday so I won't be purchasing it but I would if I were home.. Lemeiux has legit one punch KO power and Roman vs Viloria is a great little man fight for the co main... Anything could happen if Lemueix lands a bomb early on... I expect GGG to win but I think it's gonna be really exciting while it lasts...the same kind of stuff we used to watch Tyson fights for..

Was this supposed to be sarcasm? I legitimately cannot tell if you're serious? Lol

200k PPV buys is low and because of that GGG does not deserve 50/50 with Ward.

But how many PPV's would Ward sell? He just fought for free on BET.

Let that sink in for a second and reread the first part of your post.

They can always lie and say it did 1.2 million and the media will run with it. No questions asked. Learn from Schaefer doe.

That is a more REALISTIC Number compared to what I see some fans prediction. Anything over 150k is a success for this fight to be honest. Really no Buzz for it among Casuals and haven't seen Mainstream Media talk about it. I expected more promotion for it, maybe we will see more promotions for it this week since it is Fight Week. While Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith are both clueless when it comes to boxing, them talking about fights no question can help Buys!

Hell, Cotto and Canelo by themselves don't do that much more

And they are established PPV fighters. If this fight does 200,000 it's a game changer. 300,000 puts world on notice.

Cotto/Canelo will do well, but it has two stars, and a two nation rivalry.

Canelo rehydrates 5 pounds more than GGG. Cotto is MW champ, too bad if he is too small.

Funny how he say Canelo is too small for GGG hey rehydrates same size.

                    But GGG is ducking Ward.

                    That makes you a tool.

GGG is mandated for the belt Cotto/Canelo are fighting for. They vacate, that's a duck.

GGG gave Ward plenty of shots, he turned him down.

Then Ward tried, but GGG has other plans. That's not a duck, it's smart business.

Ward will never get 50/50 with GGG. Maybe 70/30. Wards desperate.

It's his first PPV. Cotto's last did what, 300,000?

Canelo has had recent fights that have not done that much better, and he has been at it for awhile.

About normal, and just below Cotto and Canelo do when by themselves.

I'm buying it, cause I don't want to hear no excuses when the winner of Canelo/Cotto has to fight either of these guys about how they aren't a draw. I hope this shhht does 2 to 3 times what they expect.
