Andre Ward vs Azea Augustuma?

i've noticed that some people are unable to distinguish levels in boxing other than "elite" and "bum" - at least when it suits their agenda. those "bums" that kovalev beat are more comparable to edwin rodriguez himself than to his son azea. azea is a clear three levels below championship levelComment

They're the same ones who will talk up duhaupus and then in the next sentence blast a top 15 guy.i've noticed that some people are unable to distinguish levels in boxing other than "elite" and "bum" - at least when it suits their agenda. those "bums" that kovalev beat are more comparable to edwin rodriguez himself than to his son azea. azea is a clear three levels below championship levelComment

Face it, your boy is a coward fighting tincans to preserve his weak 0. Maybe Ward should man the f up and fight Agnew or Sillakh, both take Ward out.Comment

Really?
Azea Augustama is rated #92 at LHW by BoxRec.
Ismayl Sillakh is rated #97 at LHW by BoxRec.
One was a title defense (Kovalev-Sillakh), the other would be a tune-up in Ward's first fight at the full weight limit.
I'm not surprised you have an issue with Ward though. You seem to hate a lot of black fighters.Comment

Besides the fact that he isn't relevant as evidenced by the nightmare that it has become just to get him on the undercard of his first PPV appearance since being a pro for 10 years, he is at 175 now so he can stop begging for a fight with a 160 pound fighter. Oh yeah, since you are harping on comments made by fighters, "I can beat a Klitschko" and "I would move down to 160 for the Mayweather fight".
Haven't seen him offer Wlad a fight and he turned down GGG at 164 so........you got an explanation for that?Comment

I know that Sillakh had just cracked top 10 at LHW before his first loss, he was a hot prospect at one point and don't think he fell too far after that loss until after Kovalev.Really?

Ward has an overrated resume, I broke it down here:
It's funny they try to give Ward credit for beating guys like Allan Green, but **** on Caparello, who has a wide decision win over him.I'm not even a Chocolatito fan, but in my opinion he's done more than Ward. Not only recently but overall. It took Ward 4.5 years to step up in competition to face his first test in Edison Miranda. In his 19th fight.
It took Chocolatito 3 years to step up and fight a 4 year reigning World Champion, going into their fight, in Yutaka Niida.
Ward beats Miranda in a competitive fight, while Roman destroys Niida in 4.
Ward has had 9 fights since Miranda and not all of the 9 fights have been against good competition. He fought subpar opponents like Shelby Pudwill, Allan Green and Paul Smith. Decent opponents like Bika, Rodriguez and drained Dawson. I don't even know where Arthur Abraham belongs. He's only fought two good names in Kessler and Froch, but for some reason people act like he's so ahead of everyone else.
They question Chocolatito, who is more accomplished, but act like this guy is the clear #1 p4p.
Kovalev fans don't try to give Sergey credit for beating Caparello.Comment
