THAT is exactly what's going on. Sanchez getting the spotlight and talking for his limited English fighter and liking it a lil too much.Just like Roach/Pac.

I can tell when people don't know what they are talking about.

Watch Road to GGG/Lamieux, or any other recent GGG interview.

Limited English. He speaks it better than many people this thread.

Hell, he speaks it better than a lot of people here.

Ok, how is that a flip flop.

Making statement like this without actually providing any kind of evidence of a flip flop makes them fallacious..
I'm not in favor of Ward suing Sanchez for slander but I notice that when one fighter does it, it's considered defending honor and reputation. It's looked at differently when Ward simply warns Sanchez to stop telling lies.

Ward seems to take his image and career seriously, perhaps too serious for the causal fan. I doubt he'd go to this length if he didn't have evidence of the truth.

You mean like the 3 times he sued Goossen and lost all? Probably would help to get a lawyer that doesn't use the "Lil G" gimmick, makes them look like obvious clowns upfront

They didn't even deny that Lemieux was done, they say we didnt know. Well Loeffler did, and he'd have to be an idiot to consider that offer

Apples and oranges, I'm sure you know that was a different situation. Whether you agree or not, Ward is entitled to waste his career fighting over contractual issues if he wants. It's his life on the line and he shouldn't fight if he's not satisfied on the business end.

If people took a closer look they'd see that contract issues are common in boxing (GGG, PAC, Canelo, Garcia, Rigo etc)

Actually its not. Ward has a history of having his legal team make allegations and accusations that are found to be untrue later in court.

That in and of itself casts su****ion on anything coming out of their mouths.

It just shows them to be trigger happy with frivolous lawsuits, and continually overestimating his market worth.

If Ward was going to sue Sanchez for calling him a liar, he would have to provide a copy of the offer they sent to Loeffler, complete with dates. to prove he was telling the truth when he said it was sent 6/7 months ago.

I don't think he is going to do that.

It is also impossible to sue someone for telling the truth. Do not forget that Ward also said the offer was made 5 or 6 MONTHS ago, which would put it well before the Smith fight or the Monroe fight. Unfortunately Ward seems to be suffering from early onset Alzheimer's. What a shame. So young, too!

Oh that's right, he did say that and got backed up by nobody including his promoter.
