Canelo and GGG are roughly the same size on fight night. GGG was 170lbs on fight night vs Monroe Jr. Canelo is 170+ on fight night for fights at 155-159lb catchweights.
Canelo is a MW draining himself for a weight advantage. GGG is a MW fighting at his natural weight.
If the Cotto-Canelo winner chooses to vacate rather than defend the Middleweight title vs GGG then that is as clear of a duck as you will see
Holy **** this place is crazy lol
So he will likely have to chew lettuce if he wants a Canelo payday.
I think that Golovkin will refuse a catchweight request from the Cotto/Canelo winner knowing that they will be stripped, because he would prefer to trade-off that huge payday for an easier fight.

1. He's the more proven guy and according to most its a more competitive fight
2. He last fought at 172
3. His alternative to the HBO deal is BET, not Ppv unification. There's nothing to think about

My guess is it will be a tuneup..... 171 or less meaning that he will remain at SMW, and 172 or over meaning that he will be moving to LHW.
Just a guess.

On the other hand, is GGG-Ward a title fight? Thus if it is a non title bout than it is reasonable offer. What was the WARD answer for such "öffer"? Has he rejected it or not?

$440m on PPV, 50% to distributors, and ~7.5% to HBO/Showtime; ~$185m to Mayweather Promotions/Top Rank, of which Top Rank gets 40%.
~$75m is Top Rank's entire share on the PPV.
