Team GGG needs to stfu when it comes to Ward!! They already made themselves look like b1tches with the cw bs for Ward only. Kovalev is going to eventually take care of Ward for him so just drop it.

As of lately, Golovkin is fighting belt holders at 160 (Lemieux, Cotto-Canelo). Are they smaller or no hopers? OK, maybe they are... all of them, right?
So: Golovkin should he leave his division and such fights?
And ask for 3 more tune-ups until the end of 2016?
      Pathetic...

rhinoceros sh it. ward has never sent them a offer. the only thing was said that little would fight for 50-50 and that ward had to come down to 164 but they would fight froch and chavez jr at 168. they are clearly ducking ward. they rather fight the little guys

But I can only pray your not lying to yourself by actually telling yourself that Ward isblowing smoke and avoiding this guy ???

If this is the case , that level of psychosis will require years of therapy to undo .
Ward is not interested. That's the bottom line. Maybe he regards GGG as a friend or a little brother or something, similar to Lara not wanting Charlo, but that doesn't mean he's ducking.

Ward is of course aware that there's this disgruntled group of GGG haters that took it upon themselves in assuming he wants the fight. So now Ward is forced to lie and pretend that he does want GGG.

Lesson to be learned here is check with the boxer first before making these ****** assumptions. You can't just throw a guy into a fight he's reluctant to make.

          Hope that helps.

GGG now has no reason to move up until he forces one or both those guys to fight him. Sucks for Ward because he has no leverage. GGG is in a much better situation then him and has no reason to move he's got a HBO contract his fights are pulling good ratings, he's now headlining his own PPV and he's got 2 big names that he is front of the line to face at middleweight in Cotto/Canelo. Ward just fought on BET for god sake after a long layoff, has never had his own PPV and has no big fights at 168.

Ward signed with Roc Nation in what Jan/Dec and that signing was supposed to get him fighting regularly and in relevant fights yet here we are in Oct and he has only fought once against a bum on BET in a fight that hardly anyone watched. He has no fights lined up to close the year either because a combination of nobody will fight him and Roc Nation is just inept at promoting and can't find him TV dates and fights. To the point where he might have to agree to fight Kovalev just to get on the undercard of a HBO PPV.
            Great post:

The level of competition Ward is facing, he should have had 2-3 fights this year. At least THEN he would be getting more known and drumming up interest for a fight with GGG, instead of going on 'The View' talking to a bunch of broads who don't follow boxing....in the meantime, GGG is trying his best to stay busy. That Lou Dibella meme about it being ****** to make a fight just because 200 nerds on a boxing forum comes to mind.

You don't ask for catchweights when you the B side, chasing fights with A side "names" like Froch and Chavez.
But you can when you are the A-side like Cotto, and you are fighting the B-side like Golovkin..... just like Golovkin did to Ward, right?

Take your time..... I will wait for you to dig out your other set of convenient revolving double-standards, before you reply.

Add to that the fact that he signed with Jay-Z, and one has to ask, where is Ward's career going? Surely, Golovkin isn't the only potential opponent for him.
