    Again, it's common sense.
Your absolutely brilliant logic and reasoning have forced me to take a knee. I cant compete with such a massive intellect. I give up....

BTW, since Ward said he would go to 160 for Floyd, if he wont do the same for the Jacobs-Quillin winner then hes obviously ducking

Hmmm, which is a more equitable situation:

      Ward going up 3 (172 to 175) and then down 7 (175 to 168)

      GGG going up 8 (160 to 168) then down 11 (168 to 157) for Cotto-Canelo

Ward stans are full of it.......
Ward was 173lbs, three weeks before his return fight (after sitting on the sidelines for 16 months). With Ward apparently already in camp (Twitter gives updates), his weight is likely at about that 173lb range already. Ward has already stated that walks around low 180s out of camp.

Golovkin fights in 9 days; at the end of September, what was Golovkin's weight? You look back to the Murray fight in February and Golovkin's 30-day weight was 172lbs (Lemieux 30-day was 165, Monroe 30-day is unknown, Rubio 30-day weight was 165), all in the midst of Golovkin being regularly active.

Ward and Golovkin, before any of the weight cuts get going, are well within ten pounds of each other heading into their fights. Ignore that reality if you want, you'll keep looking foolish.

That isn't too difficult to figure out.
Ward keeps active of the Cotto-Alvarez PPV in November 2015 at 172-173, fights Golovkin on PPV in February 2016 at 168, early summer fight at 175, and then another big fight in Fall 2016 (doubt that Kovalev, sans two of his belts and still ducking Stevenson, will hold much weight; IBF will strip him when he ducks Beterbiev and Fonfara-Cleverly winner will likely compel Kovalav to vacate one of his other belts).

Did Cotto need excuses for fighting Martinez at 159, but making Geale come down to 157?

            Rubio the low KO'd Lemieux

The low Rubio Knocked out Lemieux. Does anyone actually think Lemieux can beat little g?? It's a PPV which is ****** because tyhe fight isn't goign to last 5 rounds. Little g will carry Lemmie the weak just to make fans happy if they are dumb enough to buy thr PPV. Just keep thinking the low burro quitting RUBIO knocked out the weak Lemieuz. Fricking Rubio who is terrible. This PPV is a joke fight anyway. A commie comes to the USA and fights a Canada Iroquois indian looking opponent in New York City. What a Hoot.

I'm talking about the hypocrisy of the GGGroupies. You either are ok with catchweights, or you're not. You can't have both.

I understand where you are coming from now. You thought it was wrong for people to bitch about Cotto asking for CW's, and that makes it right for you to bitch about GGG doing the same thing.

So two wrongs do make a right, in your head?

And, btw, GGG's team know that Ward is not coming down to 164 for him. If they do start negotiating to try and make the fight, 50/50 on money and weight will be used by them to try and get concessions on the purse split from Ward, in return for GGG agreeing to fight him at 168.

Martinez fought for that same belt at 158 lbs. His highest weight recorded was 159.5 so I had no issue with that 159 lbs cw. The geale weight was bs cuz geale hasn't been below 160 in like 10 fights or more.

What is lil' g's excuse for the Ward fight to be at 164 lbs and not at the full 168 lbs?

Oh what? Two different weights so they'll meet in the middle?

Whats that? Froch & Chavez Jr at full 168 lbs? Cuz they bring money? Cuz they are a "draw"?

                    take your pick of excuses.....
