Would that title shot be against cotto or canelo or against the next in line person for WBC strap or would they just elevate him to full champ if either decide to vacate? It's to much hedging on him fighting them when we all know neither want that fight even loeffler not convinced they going fight him so we going see triple g fighting more bums at 160 because unifying is his goal or decide to say f it and move up don't even have to be a ward fight just get out that dead for nothing division

you simply cannot grasp the BASIC fact that different fights = different negotiations?
Ward once said that he would go to 160 for Floyd. Does that mean he also must go to 160 for GGG or Lee? Or Lara? or Jacobs? (Hint: The correct answer is NO)
Or can you somehow accept and acknowledge that what someone will concede for 1 fight, they might not make the same concession for a different fighter? Kind of like how Cotto fought Martinez at 159, but would NOT make the same deal for Geale, or Canelo, and certainly would not make the same deal for GGG.
You are capable of at least that BASIC amount of logic & understanding, right? Because if not, then there is no point in furthering the discussion.....Last edited by OnePunch; 10-08-2015, 12:07 PM.Comment

Golovkin vs whomever he beat to get the WBA interim title (from where he was elevated twice, without having to really fight anyone), vs Lemieux (IBF; winner of a vacant belt, attempting to make his first defense), vs Jorge Sebastian Heiland (WBC; vacant belt), and vs the WBO champion (likely 3-5 fights away, made slower since the WBO is loathed to unify their belts with most other people) is a **** resume and you know it, especially compared in a vacuum against a Golovkin-Ward PPV fight.
The entire Golovkin fanbase is desperately hoping that one of the two junior middleweight stars comes in and gives Golovkin a name fighter, at least before he gets beat by a live fighter. hilariousComment

I laid out a detailed reason of how different fights have different negotiations and different concessions. You replied with a " but but but but but Abel said doe" video that has nothing to do with the topic.
We will just have to agree to disagree. There is no way to advance the discussion. Peace.....Comment

I'm not talking about negotiations money wise. I'm talking about him fighting Froch & Chavez Jr at full 168 lbs, but the Ward fight has to be 164 lbs. Spare me the "negotiations" bullshit, too. Cuz all ya where doing was moaning & bitching about catchweights when it came to Cotto.I laid out a detailed reason of how different fights have different negotiations and different concessions. Again, it's common sense.Comment

The media people who keep asking questions about Ward need to direct their questions to Ward himself. Ask him if he had made up his mind about fighting meaningful fights.
This is getting old. You can't fight someone who don't even know what to do with his career.Comment

Cotto is The MW Champ. Look up any ranking, he's above GGG at MW. Why would he need a CW? If too small, he needs to ditch the belt, its way overdueI'm not talking about negotiations money wise.
