translation "we dont care about ward cause we have realized ggg fans dont even want the fight cause they know ward will probably beat ggg and that will ruin the character so we have no reason to fight him. We have a better pr team and if we just play the game for couple more months ward will give up and start his road to kovalov who is now ggg protector of the big bad ward. We will pretend we have any intention on fighting ward in the future even tho we have no intention what so ever and we will fight a completely over matched andy lee or over sized canelo or cotto and go for all the alphabet belts. We will continue to use the excuse that ward has been inactive too long and even tho if we beat ward it will put us in the argument as the p4p king and make ggg 4 times more valuable we know ward will win so none of that matters. It would be the biggest possible win and fight for ggg but well pretend ward is just another fighter. Even tho if ggg ward got made the fight would be gigantic well just pretend no one would care. Boxing fans would turn it into a mega fight but well pretend it would be a bust. When all else fails we will just pretend ward is scared and dont really want to fight ggg because we know ggg fans are gullible and believe anything we say because they know ward will win. The bottom line is if we fight ward and ward wins the money train will slow and thats not good. We can keep fighting overmatched fighters hype them up and ggg fans are gullible enough to think this makes him the greatest of all time."

If Ward didn't want the fight, she'd be complaining about roc nation and Ward already.

But Ward wanted GGG to move up and be ready now.

Ward didn't even try to make the fight until next fall.
GGG wasn't gonna wait around for Ward to be ready.
CoWard needs to do something, anything.
GGG isn't his ride back to stardom.
Ward is 15-20 pounds heavier. He is supposed to win that fight (although when the weight gap is closed, it's not so clear).
Let me know when Ward can sell out a stadium in his own state, then we'll talk about whether GGG should give a hoot about Ward.
Kolalev is waiting though. Oh wait, Ward needs some tune ups to get acclimated to 175. You damn hypocrites.

Ward should blame these 12 loud GGG haters that put him in this uncompromising situation. They literally forced him in it without even consulting with him. It's clear that the guy needs tune up fights first. You can't just assume that he can beat a guy like GGG without getting ample preparations for it.
So I don't blame him for making things up just to please these 12 loud individuals.
