No it doesn't.

Not every halfway decent fight is a mega fight that needs to be built up. And that's all this is, a good fight. Not a big fight, not a superfight, just a good fight.

Maybe not a super fight, but def a big fight. Wilder is being pushed as the new face of American Heavyweight. Alex is a great name to have on the resume, it would catapult Wilder even further and make the Klitschko fight truly a super fight.
