LOL yeah, he beat them when they were past their prime and avoided the threats people wanted to see in their prime like Manny 5-6 years ago, Margo, Winky Wright, Mosley years before the fight happened, Triple G at 154 now, Sergio at 54', Cotto and Hatton at 40', etc.

But yah you can convince yourself...

Hey, you can also convince yourself he didn't have a low test-to-epi test ratio also on quite a few tests and he wasn't dehydrated at 147 (but too small to fight Triple G at 54') and needed the Lance Armstrong IV-saline...
I agree, Hoya's retirement is a different issue completely.

Where we disagree, is that it takes two to tango.

You can argue that Pacquiao was just as disappointing as Mayweather.

What's with the obsession of "going out with a ****?" That never ends well in boxing. Mayweather wins again.

Here goes someone who just proved they did not actually watch boxing during those times.

Cotto's team wanted no part of mayweather at 140, they werent ready. Go watch mayweather-gatti and listen to mayweather hating merchants commments.

Ricky Hatton's team openly said they were not ready for mayweather after he came off his kostya win. By the time they negotiated mayweather was lineal welterweight champ.

When Winky was beating Mosley at 154 and back on the map.... mayweather was fighting at 140 and JUST got there that year from 135. By the time Mayweather was at welter, Winky was at middleweight.

What was worse is that a pro of Oscars level would screw up his camp so bad and come into the ring the most dehydrated fighter in history to lose to a guy he would beat in top shape , thats so un professional he tried to take advantage of Manny and it blew up in his face .
