Povetkin's resume isn't very impressive

Wlad fought Byrd 6 years later when he was on the decline, Fury has beaten Chisora and Cunningham who are better than Byrd. Fury also showed up in the best shape of his life against Wlad, normally he never trains that hard.Fury has never even fought anyone better than Byrd beyond Wlad so im just going to leave it at that even though Byrds defense is much better than Furys and yoyu used Klitchko 2000 when we all saw what Wlad did to him after making minor adjustments in the second fight which you also ignore that hes always fought better in rematches ,its beating a dead horse here that theres so many things wrong with your post ,we'll just see come july 9th.
Wlad fights better in his rematches because he waits until they decline, this dude is a fraud and Fury exposed him. Wlad never rematched Purrity or Sanders; Wlad waited 3 years to rematch Brewster fresh off a UD loss too.Comment

That's absolutely not how meldonium works, hence why there isn't anything definitive on it right now and it's banning has been controversial. Meldonium improves blood flow. That's it. You won't fight 12 rounds from taking meldonium if you couldn't before, you won't "power" through workouts you would otherwise struggle with and it doesn't transform you at all.Meldonium has multiple benefits both physical and mental. Meldonium gives you the stamina to power through your workouts, you can train longer and harder. Increased blood flow can also help your body recover faster from workouts, it also can give you a mental focus.
Povetkin not only used it to help transform his body in preparation during his training camps, he used it while fighting. This drug played a big role in his ability to keep up his intensity for all 12 rounds when it's pumping oxygen rich blood into his heart.
But hey, feel free to use as much as hyperbole and bull**** as you like.Last edited by Shrap; 05-16-2016, 03:00 AM.Comment

Sanders declined a rematch with Wlad as did purity and Brewster decined the immediate rematch because he knew he lucked out in a fight he was getting battered in as the other poster stated you basically type hyper bole stuff .The only thing you said that was correct was Fury being in best shape but then while ALL Wlads opposition is on decline ,Wlad at 40 isnt and Fury EXPOSED him?Wlad fought Byrd 6 years later when he was on the decline, Fury has beaten Chisora and Cunningham who are better than Byrd. P.s Byrd under king ran from Wlad for years!Last edited by juggernaut666; 05-16-2016, 03:38 AM.Comment

My point is meldonium has been a legal substance for decades, so before January 31 using meldonium was not cheating, it was just one of many legal substances that any athlete was allowed to take.Comment

Except it is how it works, this drug was originally created to promote growth in livestock. It is being abused by thousands of elite european athletes for a reason.
Meldonium replenishes your oxygen supply and increases your circulation to all tissues. You can workout longer and harder because your muscles are constantly receiving oxygen.
Increased circulation of blood also aids in the healing of microtears created by workouts as your blood carries vital nutrients to heal your muscles. This drug gives you a shyt load of stamina.
Do you know why so many boxers train at a high altitude before their fight? To temporarily load their blood with high concentrations of oxygen rich blood cells for a few weeks which heavily boosts their stamina while fighting.
Same principal here except you just pop a pill and don't have to train in those high altitudes, instead it makes training significantly easier.
Weight lifters also take huge gulps of breath before they lift, pumps oxygen into their blood, gives them the stamina to finish their set. Divers also load their blood with oxygen by taking big or rapid breaths, it allows them to stay under water much longer, again same principal.Comment

Nope, Wlad ducked an immediate rematch with Sanders, Brewster and Purrity.Sanders declined a rematch with Wlad as did purity and Brewster decined the immediate rematch because he knew he lucked out in a fight he was getting battered in as the other poster stated you basically type hyper bole stuff .The only thing you said that was correct was Fury being in best shape but then while ALL Wlads opposition is on decline ,Wlad at 40 isnt and Fury EXPOSED him?

Sanders himself said he never knew why Wlad didn't want a rematch, Wlad was content with Vitali avenging both those losses.
Wlad wasn't even planning to fight Brewster either, Wlad was looking for a fight with Valuev but he'd just lost to Chagaev so they went after Brewster 3 years later. 3 years to prepare for a journeyman level fighter fresh off a loss, eye surgery and he was in terrible shape.
Fury exposed Wlad's holding, he showed just how amateurish Wlad truly is. Wlad is a 1 dimensional boxer that completely relies on his holding, we saw what he looked like pre-holding getting KTFO by Sanders/Brewster, we saw what he looks like when that holding advantage is taken away against a physically superior fighter.Comment

Sanders forfeited his belt and went for Vitalis ,you have no idea what your talking about in all the areas here,no need to further discuss the fictional scenarios you are making up.Nope, Wlad ducked an immediate rematch with Sanders, Brewster and Purrity.
