Signing an exclusive deal with an 'advisor' shouldn't limit what tv networks you can be on.

But agreed, boxing needs less fragmentation. We have essentially two leagues now.

Signing an exclusive TV deal means that you are just an HBO fighter, or just a Shotime fighter..... nothing special.

They should still be ranked, but not taken very seriously as you have effectively removed yourself from the open market.

When a mandatory conflicts with a TV deal, I dont want to hear about it.

That is like having your house auctioned, learning about an interested party...... and then pulling your house from the auction before bidding ends, and then telling the interested party that they must make an exclusive offer.
