There's a lot of things we can go back and look at in Pacquiao's career than just that KO loss. With the exception of Marquez, he dispatched opponents better than "TBE" and let's not forget how he did permanent damage to another cheater (Margarito). Plus, he became the first boxer to win seven world titles in seven different weight classes when he beat Cotto. That KO loss is just a bad occurrence in his career but hey, that's happened to a lot of ATG. There's more to Joe Louis's career than just his loss to Marciano. There's more to Ali's career than his loss to Frazier. There's more to Duran's career than just "No Mas". So Pacquiao's KO loss to Marquez doesn't change anything.

Also, I don't look at KO that often. In fact, I hate seeing it, really.

Nope, he was 100% with memo for the third fight already and was just as big. Pac fought differently, and Marquez fought differently too.

It was both of their game plans that led to that KO. Marquez working on landing those big single shots and Pac being more aggressive and open than in the third fight.

Yes he did. Pacquiao could have refused all those matches like Marquez is doing but he didn't.

He did Marquez no favors whatsoever, Marquez owes him nothing.

Marquez cheated in the 4th fight and everyone knows it. Like Holyfield he is an all but confirmed drugs cheat who employs a steroid chemist. His career is tainted and he doesn't deserve to share the ring with Manny Pacquiao.

The only way the fight should ever be made is with VADA testing, and we know the Marquez won't agree to that so it's a non-starter.

Pac was using steroids when he fought Diaz, Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Marquez, Mosley, Bradley.

The only reason there wasn't an immediate rematch after the first fight is because Marquez turned it down.

So no, Marquez did not have to "drag" Pacquiao back into the ring.

But that story is very well documented.

The initial agreement from Arum stipulated 1.5mil..... instead Arum offered Marquez 750k..... being presented with 50% of the original offer is more than a lowball, it is a straight-forward duck. Arum knew that Marquez would refuse that offer.
