Ward/Hunter never said he can beat anyone from Middleweigt to Cruiserweight. GGG and his team said that about him, Ward responded. After Ward's response, a lot of **** was talked by GGG's team and Ward wanted to set it straight in the ring. GGG and his team didn't want to, they back off fro mtheir claim. Now Ward has them in the submissive position after they barked, Ward barked back and they got scared from Ward's bark. That's what happened here.

Ward waited till GGG had signed to fight Lemieux then sent Loeffler an offer to fight him in late 2016/2017.

It wasn't a genuine offer, just a PR excercise by Ward.

pac agreed to full random drug testing in 2010. they fought in 2015 only after showtime forced floyd to fight. also now that we know floyd was the cheat all along its pretty disingenuous to use that as an example of why the fight didn't happen. if ward is trying to setup a system where only he's allowed to cheat then yea i'm not going to respect that. will you? don't have to answer because we know the answer is yes

You mean sham testing like Mayweather's, or some other? Last Kovalev was asking for VADA, the real thing. But I doubt Ward will be pushing for any.
