Ward didn't send Loeffler an offer till GGG had already signed to fight Lemieux.

The offer he did send was to fight Golovkin in 12/18 months time.

Ward had already fought at LHW once when he sent that offer, and is looking for another easy fight at LHW for the Cotto/Canelo undercard.

BOTH have stated that they will not give him a catchweight, and BOTH are GENUINE A-side fighters. Golovkin will do whatever he is told.

The fact that Team Golovkin have already flatly refused a catchweight for Cotto/Canelo must make you sweat a little..... I get your earlier point about leverage, but with no official confirmation on that, and considering the fact that Golovkin has no leverage whatsoever..... I dont think that is the case here.

If so, maybe I wont barbeque you both..... maybe I will just write a diplomatic post confirming that Golovkin is obviously subject to the exact same risk/reward as everyone else, and then ask you to co-sign it ..... or, maybe I will fire up the barbeque, who knows

Golovkin has never called out Cotto. He and his team have stated many times that it is not Cotto they are after, or Canelo, but the WBC title, for which GGG has been mandatory challenger for nearly a year.
