l think coming from Floyd his perspective might be a lot different from ours eh , he asked for a test Manny at the time refused , so it stands to reason Floyd might think he was on peds , fair assumption from his point of view .Comment

that was the real story.Comment

The real story is Manny did not refuse testing he wanted regular testing when he finally agreed Floyd IV said no becuase Manny wanted a 14 day cut off ! THATS THE REAL STORY !Last edited by imperial1; 09-18-2015, 01:34 AM.Comment

I always thought it was the CWs weakening Cotto and Oscar allowing the stoppages , I never thought Manny was on PEDS although he could have been it was neither here nor there for me .
Unlike the speculation I looked at the in ring performance , Manny was weighing 142 fight night when he was fighting 130 , so the rise in divisions was not a big deal for me they just matched him correctly and pulled name fighters down in weight at time this wasnt done before in such a big way as Manny did it , like Teddy said he was man made and his matches made to order , personally I never believed he was on PEDS .Comment

And by the way what was the reason he wanted 14 days cut off for Floyd remember how taking blood makes him weak , and then why did it not matter against Rios or Algeiri which had no such cut of date .Comment

Ok I'll play along with your ******ed argument. I'm waiting for you to tell me the names of the doctors who automatically hook up their patients on IV for being dehydrated and the names of the patients who willingly agree to that without question so that I may point to them that there are no scientific studies nor fact to back up that IV infusion is better than oral treatment for dehydration. I'm waiting...Comment

LMAO really? Am I supposed to believe that people who are simply dehydrated willingly allow themselves to be hooked with an IV? Not to mention the hospital bills that they would accumulate for being an in-patient LMAO!

- Floyd made weight easily and came in at 146. Floyd and Ellerbe admitted to that making 147 has always been easy for Floyd.
- By the weigh in date, training is pretty much over. No intense workouts.
- Floyd said that giving blood drains you. That too couldn't be it since he hadn't given blood in about 10 days. Anyways, as has been said for many years, Floyd fans don't believe blood can drain you.
- Floyd said that giving urine drains you. OK, Floyd is getting desperate!
Floyd and Ellerbe has not given a credible reason to have gotten dehydrated so much that an IV had to be used AFTER the weigh in. That is the key here. At that time, it just does NOT add up. At most, Floyd was thirsty and could have used a bottle of water or Gatorade! An IV for that is not required.
Its a fair assumption that since Floyd's excuses are lame and a lie, Floyd is trying to cover up the truth.
