Better or faster , in many circumstance faster is better , go get some more facts because at the moment you dont have any , I have given dogs IV infusions many times and in some cases more much more than Floyd received , in dogs that weigh 70lb , they dont lie and they dont know what a placebo is , honestly you dont know what better is .

The problem with you is you are trying to be specific in something that has variables , like I said dehydration is not a single point its a scale , the degree governs the need .
