That was what everyone expected Pacman to do; but he never did. Roach talked a great pre-fight plan about cutting off the ring, setting traps, and pounding Floyd on the ropes but None that ever materialized in the ring.

Personally; I would have preferred Kell Brook or Danny Garcia to have been his opponent on Saturday....
    certified flomo...

This wasn't more entertaining to true boxing fans... only to the flomo's because bertita does not have the pop, timing and angles that pac had.. that is why pac made Froid Gayweather move a lot more when on inside and Kenny bayless break them up when in close.. so pot shot victory vs a bertita that had no timing or head movement and telegraphed his punches was there to make Froid looke sensational.. don't be dumb...

Nah, true boxing fans can post a comment without name calling. What timing and angles did PAC use that made FMJ move a lot more? He basically fought Berto and PAC the same. Only real difference is he used a lot more right hand leads against PAC because right hand leads are a hell of a drug.

          This ^^

It was a better fight because Berto engaged, and Mayweather never felt threatened.

Mayweather felt more threatened in the Pac fight.

He handled that threat in typical clinical fashion, but folks expected a lot more from Pacquiao.

Confirmed. Thurman is a full blown ******. Whispy sounding ******

Berto had two arms. Floyd still ran and hugged him to death.

But with guys like Berto and Cotto when he knows he's in control and no way of being knock out, he takes chance so he won't make it a snooze, but more like it was a fight,so he won't upset the fan's as much.
There is definitely some truth in that.

But dont forget the part where Pac was unable to do a single thing about it.

                True on all counts.

Yeah but Pacquiao did nothing because he was afraid of the counter coming back to him...this was shown in Round 1.

All Floyd does is stay in the pocket against his opponents and roll off the punches. The thing that had people thinking that Pac could do something was because he was a southpaw. However, Pac is not really a boxer in the ring than more of a brawler/fighter.

He did nothing to set up his left hand against Floyd and made no adjustments. It also didn't help that he was the shorter fighter so the right jab (if used effectively would bother Floyd) couldn't get to the target so the left could come afterwards. With that reach disadvantage, he can't give Floyd different looks.

The Pac fight was more tense because you knew in the back of your head what Pac had the ability to do.

The Berto fight while Floyd threw more combinations was never in question.

                      this

there was an anticipation in the PAC fight...

this fight, the moment it was signed, you knew Berto was losing every round
