no it doesn't. lance armstrong did it all the time. i suggest researching into lance armstrong doping. he used saline injections just like floyd to cheat the blood tests.

here how it's done. testing agencies always calls maybe 20mins to let someone know they are coming to test (this is normal). in that 20 min floyd gets hooked up to iv and is flushed easily. thats why iv therapy is banned because it's so quick.

u thought wrong. low levels suggest masking. he used to mask illegal substance (level out t/e ratio) using epitestosterone but now he uses iv therapy (probably suggested by memo heredia - whom he hired recently). iv therapy is far more efficient to mask illegal substance which is why lance armstrong was able to beat the system so many times.

it's difficult to level ur t/e ratio using epitestosterone which is why floyd has abnormal low t/e. and which is why he now uses iv therapy to mask his illegal substance abuse. but now he was caught by usada, but he paid them to protect him.
