Dude, I get you want the decision changed to NC. Try to think about things objectively and not just "how can I make Floyd look guilty so I can get the decision changed to a no contest."
They couldn't get Floyd to produce the minimum amount of urine needed for a conclusive drug test result, to put things into perspective, the first sample was less than a teaspoon. It wasn't until after the IVs had already been administered that they were able to collect a full sample.

Both partial samples were then mixed together to meet the required amount needed for an accurate urine analysis. The diluted sample would have made up the bulk of the two, which in turn, would have successfully masked any prohibited substance from being detected.

Another Hauser reference that has been since debunked by USADA.

This is inaccurate. In 2014 USADA received $8.75M in a grant from the federal government.

Pure speculation at best. Might as well believe that a certain fighter healed their shoulder with saline too.

SO again, what do you want done?
He didn't apply for a TUE until AFTER the banned IVs had already been administered, and the TUE wasn't approved until 18 days after the fight, hence the term "retroactive".

On September 9, 2015, SB Nation posted an article written by Mr. Thomas Hauser that contained no less than 40 inaccurate facts and misleading statements, as wel

Because of this role, USADA receives approximately $10 million annually in Congressional funding, more in Olympic years.
Approximately means some years more some years less.

When are you dumb ****s going to get that USADAs response was crap.

That may have been the case, if it weren't for Freddy Roach going on record and stating that the salt water healing was a "joke".

Trainer Freddie Roach had a good laugh when the subject of Manny Pacquiao's rehabilitation was discussed. Pacquiao is recovering from a right shoulder injur

Not at all. You didn't actually believe that Pacquiao miraculously healed his shoulder with salt water, did you?
