Let's see what the executive director of the NSAC has to say about this.

Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s use of an IV treatment to deal with dehydration before his fight against Manny Pacquiao should not have been by permitted by the U.S.

“He cannot have it done at his house and [USADA] can’t authorize it.... I have specifically articulated and memorialized to USADA that [NSAC] is the sole authority that can authorize a the****utic-use exemption for a fighter in the state of Nevada, USADA never told us prior to the IV that they had their own TUE, and they never kept us informed about it being administered." Bennet said
The fact is, Floyd got caught cheating and USADA tried to sweep it under the rug, just like the three failed test results a few years ago.

Pacquiao was not proven guilty in court or in the court of public opinion. Most of the public didn't view him as being on PEDs, he was never caught, no facts. Most were even unaware of Pacquiao even being suspected of PEDs on top of that. They just wanted both Pacquiao and Mayweather to fight. Most meaning -- casual fans.

The whole PED thing was a subject for fan boys like yourself to argue about.

Where's the evidence of the three failed tests? Where's the evidence that USADA swept his three failed tests under the rug? Or are you going to quote a paragraph stating it's a rumor?

Go on. Let it all out. I don't see any Floyd fans crying. The only upset ones are posters that want this to be what it isn't. It's ok. You won't have to think about him after today. Or will you?

The proof is in the pudding, or in this case, the IV bag.

All jokes aside, the evidence was probably destroyed or locked away in a safe somewhere. The confidentiality clause in the contract made sure of that. USADA is an organization that supposedly prides itself on catching cheaters, yet conveniently provides a way for those very same cheaters to avoid accountability by keeping the results hidden from the public with non-disclosure agreements.

Cleaning up the sport? More like sweeping the dirt under a rug.

It's the same situation with Pacquiao vs. Marquez 4. We can feel Marquez was on PEDs, but it's only su****ion. Likewise, Pacquiao could have been on something too. Random drug testing was absent completely.
I believe you, you're one of the more reasonable Floyd kneejerk defenders here. Unfortunately you got mixed up with the wrong crowd and now have to suffer for their sins. That's the breaks.

Fan boys of any athlete are always the minority, not the majority. So are you telling me Mayweather fans make up the population of the majority of the public? I really hope you are not that gullible.
