I don't care about a smoking gun, smoke has been billowing out of that camp for a long time, and it no longer passes anyone's smell test. Hell I got you admitting he's probably on something.

Well, I never accused Pacquiao of using PEDs for a fact. Simply because facts just aren't available. You can only run with su****ion, and that is never enough.

It's the same situation with Pacquiao vs. Marquez 4. We can feel Marquez was on PEDs, but it's only su****ion. Likewise, Pacquiao could have been on something too. Random drug testing was absent completely.
