Honestly, I doubt most of you truly believe Floyd has used PEDS/Roids.

You're starting to sound like a Miguel Cotto fan.

      Margarito had bricks....doesn't count!

      Pacquiao was juiced.....doesn't count

      Trout....didn't take fight serious.....doesn't count

If Floyd isn't on anything he will take it to a lawsuit otherwise he likely is a liar and a cheat, why the **** not take it to a lawsuit though?

tbh the last article Hauser put up was supposed to be the smoking gun to nail Haymon for violating the Ali Act. The fervor behind that quickly died out into nothing. In the long run I think the same is going to happen here.

When Floyd was IV'ed, Pacquiao's team was informed, right?

Did they put up any complaint?

I mean in conjunction with the NSAC. I would think the USADA is usually running things & making the final word on TUE & other things in most of their work, but it would seem as if the NSAC has the final word on TUE flying or not flying when it comes to combat sports in NV. USADA knows how to run things when their in charge & the NSAC knows how to run things when their in charge, but there seems to be some team aspect with this stuff thats not part of the typical routine for either group with the fight in question & seemingly with the new NSAC protocol since 9/1.

Thats kinda why I don't see as much of an issue with the late TUE approval as others as it seems that the USADA would have had to give some early approval the day of the IV for Mayweather to do the IV in the first place based on at least the Iole & Mayo side of what took place thus a verbal agreement of a eventual paperwork agreement was already assumed by the Mayweather camp.

Maybe the real actual (ie non PR) problem in all this that no one has mentioned is the Pacquiao side wasn't notified as per the testing agreement each side made. I'm not sure what the penalty is for not telling the Pacquiao side of a seemingly verbal TUE agreement, but that seems like something Pacquiao & TR could pursue cuz I believe that agreement was broken or at least its arguable that was the case cuz clearly this was something Mayweather & the USADA knew of, but Pacquiao didn't know of & he had the right to know before he entered the ring.

Not a whole lot of this makes sense to me.

If Floyd fights at the weight class that is the closest to the weight he walks around at, why would he need to intravenously rehydrate? Wouldn't drinking water or Gatorade or some other fluid be sufficient?

If it was truly necessary to be rehydrated in such a manner why would it have been done in his home? Especially when the language in the WADA regulations states it must be done in a hospital or similar facility.

Why would USADA grant the TUE after it was discovered that he had taken this injection without previous authorization/permission?

Why the high levels of the saline solution. The WADA guidelines say 50ml every six hours. FM took 750ml (after the weigh in, not sure of the timeline...but at the WADA mandated period of 50ml every 6 hours, it would not have been possible/legal to take 750ml in that short window of time.)

Why would this have not been OK'd weeks in advance? Having made weight for 47 previous fights, and 10+ plus fights at this weight division, don't you know what it takes to make weight and properly rehydrate? For a guy with as much money, and as large of a team and presumably a large team of medical professionals, lawyers, etc., how could they not have all of their bases covered?

Sure saline and multivitamins, doesn't seem like a big deal. But, they broke several rules. If nothing else, this should be fully investigated to determined exactly what happened and why.

It is unbelievable that this great sport is allowed to operate this way, at THE highest level. The biggest possible fight to be made in the sport, and these shady dealings go on. The sport is a huge embarrassment and desperately needs some kind of central ruling commission.

They didn't find out until May 21.
