Does anyone know of all the times a TUE has been admitted after a fight? I seem to recall the Thompson-Price fight(s) having the same thing happen with Thompson getting a TUE for a blood pressure prescription iirc. And I believe I've heard it happening more times, but not placing the fights.
Also isn't it possible to receive a verbal TUE of sorts & then do the official paperwork later on? I don't think this would fly in the Olympics (or maybe it would idk), but boxing doesn't seem to have a very strong checks & balances system like the Olympics either with all this PED stuff. I mean there isn't even anyone doing regular 24/7/365 testing which is a prerequisite of managing PEDs in a sport.Comment

Why should they?
Boxing reputation is more important than legacy of a retiring boxer who already made millions.
What is the worst scenario? Pacquiao fight to be ruled out NC?Comment

That is precisely why Bob Bennett, who has been executive director of the NSAC since April 2014, and who was previously an FBI agent, told Hauser, "The TUE for Mayweather’s IV — and the IV was administered at Floyd’s house, not in a medical facility, and wasn’t brought to our attention at the time — was totally unacceptable."

USADA will be soon forced to provide all Floyd's tests sample they got from the past... It will be 'fun' (the same as it was with Lance's)...Comment

borrowing this from the lawyer Reddit...
This is the rule: NAC467.850 Administration or use of alcohol, stimulants, drugs or injections; urinalysis or chemical tests; disciplinary action. (NRS 467.030) 1The administration of or use of any: (a);Alcohol; (b);Stimulant; or (c)Drug or injection that has not been approved by the Commission, including, but not limited to, the drugs or injections listed in subsection 2, Ê in any part of the body, either before or during a contest or exhibition, to or by any unarmed combatant, is prohibited.
It says a "drug OR injection that has not been approved by the Commission" is prohibited. An IV is an injection. It says nothing indicating that the substance injected must also be prohibited and it is illogical and against the rules of statutory interpretation to read it that way.
The general rule in section 1 prohibits drugs or injections, the use of the disjunctive indicates that "injection" is different from "drug." Sections 3 and 4 list specific drugs and injections which are exempt from section 1. The lists do not include saline except as a nasal spray, indicating that saline via injection is not permitted. The lists also limit the allowable delivery method of other drugs, such as in subsections (j) and (n) of section 4, which implies that other delivery methods, i.e. injections, are not allowed.
So, generally, injections are not allowed without prior approval. The specific list of exceptions to the general rule do not cover an injection of saline and vitamins. The inclusion of the word "injection" in the rule does not make sense if the substance injected must also be a prohibited substance, which is already covered by the word "drug." Therefore, I don't see any support for your contention that the NSAC rules do not ban "delivery methods." Would you care to be more specific?

It's certainly possible but it goes against their own protocol on their own website. These guys are supposed to be the gold standard and yet they disregarded their rules like this? And then, after ignoring their own rules, were supposed to believe anything they have to say about the issue?Does anyone know of all the times a TUE has been admitted after a fight?
