no. the context is a title bout. what is GGG vs Ward? what's on the line? And why would Ward go to 164? lol especially when K2 and Sanchez publicized and on video that 168 is easy...

He said he would go to 160 for Floyd, and Golovkin offered him 4 lbs over that.

If Ward wanted the fight so bad, why didn't he accept Golovkin's offer?

It's not like he was GGG's mando.

Ward wanting to flight Floyd at 160 in 2013 has what to do with GGG aside from the fact that Ward cleaned out 168 right? BHop wanted to fight Floyd. Who wouldn't want to flight Floyd? $$$

Golovkin IS NOT FLOYD, why even use that example that he offered 4 pounds more to 160? wtf? Again, EXPLAIN to me (no you don't have to just rhetorical) what ''154-168 is easy'' means or ''GGG can take on anybody from 154-168'' (-Sanchez) means!?

Since when did Ward want to fight GGG ''bad?'' Ward called out on their publicity stunts and they lowered themselves to 164 after bragging about weights and EVEN AFTER the ''long inactive'' layoff from Ward.

cmon it's day and night. K2 and Loeffler don't want to tarnish their investment. There's no way GGG wants 168 yet. They failed their bluff, and it was easy to say when Ward couldn't fight when he was inactive.

              • I can understand criticizing him for not fighting Ward. Even though his groupies will defend him to death it's fair and justifiable. And groupies have a duty to defend their guy even when he's in the wrong.

But criticizing him for not fighting Martinez, Cotto or Canelo makes no sense. What the **** is this 155 ****? How can any reasonable boxing fan defend this?

                  oh yea. Nothing.

                  Try harder.

What in the hell is going on. Clock ticking on his prime years.

Would be a shame for boxing to see him finally step in competition to only lose to being past it.
For today's barren of talent middleweight landscape. I consider Murray a notable win. He should have gotten the nod over Martinez. I thought he beat him clearly. Murray also was on the end of another bad decision against Abraham at 168 not too long ago.

Since HBO and Roc told him he had to move up himself and fight Kovalev if he couldn't get GGG up to 168.

And GGG would have gone to 168 for Chavez and Froch, but not for Ward, for the same reason Ward would have gone to 160 for Floyd but not 164 for GGG ... $$$$
