If there is no "super" than that means that "regular' is the legit champ, and if another WBA champ is awarded belt then that champ will be "regular" and the "regular" will be promoted to "super" just like when Jacobs became "regular" and GGG was promoted to "super", so there is no need for a "super" champ until there is another "regular" champ present.

Huh? I know that:

If there is NO current "Super" champion, you get elevated to that status from "regular" to "super".

That's my fault... I should have added that they get elevated to "Super" champ with a couple of defenses of the "Regular" title. But if there's already a "Super" champ, they can not get elevated from "Regular".
