You had me until "victory over Mayweather." I wouldn't blame Arum for Manny's tax problems either -- that's what Michael Koncz is supposed to be there for. Arum's his promoter, not his financial adviser.

Seems to me, with both Mayweather and Pacquiao (via, Bob Arum) preaching last fight, it's just a setup for a mega rematch of the two fighters down the road. After what we saw last fight between the two, the obvious way to draw us and our money back in, is for them to "un-retire" and do it again.
