Titans got a bye. Bengals got a home game that weekend and tix are as low as $30 on stubhub. Making it really hard not to be in Cincy that weekend.

Broner wants to be the A side, the sad part is that from now on he has to fight these caliber guys to be the A side, the russian is good not trying to discredit him but he's unknown here in the states so he can't be the A side therefore Broner is able to be the A side and make the A side money, he better win or his next fight will be at 145 vs a guy like josesito lopez and he'll be the B side or maybe fight Lundy and be the B side lol

Think about that. Would of had 2 successful defenses for one of his paper belts but the fat boy missed weight. This dude is a product of Al Haymon making some shady moves in the background to always get him in line for title shot.
His title at lightweight was pretty legit. There was no universally recognized champ there. But, Demarco was rated pretty highly. Think Ring magazine had a im rated #1 in the division when AB beat him. But yes, there rest of his belts have been paper trinkets.

IIRC, he also didn't make weight for that fight, while Demarco actually made the weight demand like a professional fighter should.

No, Broner did make weight for that fight.

Adrien Broner and Antonio DeMarco both made weight for tomorrow’s HBO main event in Atlantic City.

This has nothing to do with him wanting to be an A-side. And has everything to do with him being able to generate attention from fans that dislike him. Broner is essentially a B level fighter, at best. But, folks always tune in to see him. Folks are always in forums like this talking about him.

That said, I think his ship has sunk. My guess is Haymon pulled whatever strings he could to get AB this opportunity to remain somewhat legit. And my guess is, if AB wins, he'll be cashing him out real soon.
