You're either a terrible troll or a dumb fck. I'll go with the latter. I knew you were ******ed enough to reply and say something idiotic again You do realize the catch weight is cotto's demand just like his last 2 fights? This article is about Cotto and his catch weights stan, nice try at deflection.

Is it only me who feels thats a bit of contradiction in that statement? Both are not middlewights but yet they fight for lineal MW belt. How much Canelo weights in the ring (last couple of years)?

        Fooking hypocrites.
Great that you're not one of them. Problem is that here we talk about MW WBC belt for which GGG is mandatory. With Ward (fighting at 172) - what belt or mandatory we're talking about?

Martinez's weights in his previous 5 fights before the Cotto fights:
          159.5, 159, 157.5, 158 & 158.75

That CW I didn't make a big deal about it.

The Geale CW I have issues with. Geale's weight in past 5 fights:
          159.75, 159.75, 159.75, 159.5 & 159.75

IDK why you are about the 155 lbs CW for the Cotto-Canelo fight.
Canelo's weight in past 5 fights:
          154.5, 155, 155, 152 & 153.5

I'm trying to remember if there was the same type of hate Cotto gets towards ODH... the stuff with floyd also the stuff he pulled on Trinidad... (pick one, walk out last or use the gloves I want... trinidad chose the gloves)

Cotto have never fought at 155, he only came down because canelo is a bully who fights midgets and gets priased by his biased anime fanboys.

Canelo wins his first title at 150 pounds
Canelo wins his second division title at 155 pounds

I love how call other posters troll and ******ed. is like you are talking about urself.

Cotto-Canelo winner? Golovkin will not entertain a catchweight!

Froch or Chavez Jr at 168? No problem, no catchweights need be entertained!

Andre Ward? Uh....um..catchweight or no fight!

Never seen you try and defend such hypocrisy and double standards before.
It's really not that complicated. GGG is the winners mando. It's a 3 belt + lineal unification. That should not be at a CW, but I see some of you love CW unification, since May 2013 lol. The winner can always drop the belt shamefully if its a deal breaker

I agree with their stance. It's totally right. If you want to be the 160 champ, then you fight at 160.
I'm a Cotto fan, but to win the belt under 160 then continue to defend it under 160 is beyond a joke.

Unfortunately for Golovkin, he may end up cutting off his nose to spite his face..as he will get to fight for the vacated belt, but the big pay day will go at the same time.

To be honest, i don't think anything changes, as i don't think Cotto would face GGG even at catchweight. I feel he would vacate first.
I'm not so sure about Canelo. But i wouldn't be surprised if he vacated also.
