Clearly Team GGG doesn't want this fight right now. Ward being the naturally larger of the two in addition to being an excellent fighter is almost surely one of the reasons why and the other is that they don't want to lose the Cotto/Canelo fight. Let's not underestimate the effect of the latter, if GGG continues his KO streak over Lemieux and Canelo/Cotto produces a clear winner - GGG vs the winner becomes a very big fight both for legacy and for $$$.
If Ward continues his comeback and looks good as we all fully expect will happen, GGG/Ward can always take place later (either 2nd half of 2016 if GGG wins his next two and probably even later than that if GGG loses) and is also a big fight. The possibility that Ward may move up to 175 can have implications on when/if this occurs but we'll have to wait and see on that.
What if the Cotto /Canelo winner vacates whats plan b?

LOL. Ward said this about Kovalev the Gullible Gennady Groupies ate him alive. Now when Abel Sanchez uses this exact same quote the Gullible Gennady Groupies are in full defense mode.

GGG fans don't understand that when you talk **** you have to actually back it up. That's why they hate Floyd, because he talks **** and takes care of business.

GGG and his team talk, then say "What, fight who? Why?"

I don't think that would be a problem, the fight would obviously be on PPV. If GGG vs Lemieux is PPV worthy, GGG vs Ward definitely is. 50-50 split of the revenue is fair, seeing as Ward is the more accomplished/proven fighter, while Golovkin is the bigger, more marketable name. I think both sides would be fine with a 50-50 split.

I just don't think Golovkin's team want that fight yet, like I said that's fine, but they need to stop misleading the fans if that's the case. Just say we will fight Ward when we move up to 168. That's it.

GGG fans are hypocrites they dog fans of other fighters for being extremely loyal to their favorite fighter all the while Riding GGG's shaft hard. They have been showing a pattern they follow all fighters from a certain region while criticizing all other fans of being nationalists.

Golovkin guys need to stop using Kovalev as some sort of shield. It's embarrassing as fuc*. Ward and his team aren't mentioning Kovalev left, right and centre. Ward obviously doesn't want that fight right now, so he's not talking about it non-stop. That's the difference. He will fight Kovalev when he moves up. It's that simple.
