You guys need to pay attention to what Golovkin says and not his trainer and promoter. Promoters and trainers never tell the truth to the media and constantly say crazy, delusional things. In fact, everyone involved in boxing says **** that just doesn't make sense all the time. But the hate for Golovkin on here is so strong that now his trainer is becoming the main target. lol

8 threads on the first page are about Golovkin. Him and Mayweather are the most talked about boxers on this forum by far.

Other than Sanchez, I haven't heard anyone say that.

This guy needs to pipe down, he sounds like a complete spastic.

Golovkin's team just come across extremely ****** whenever talking about Ward, it's clear they don't want that fight yet, that's fine but stop acting like there are some major barriers stopping the fight from happening. Either fight him or stfu.

Funny enough Ward said the same thing regarding Kovalev.

Andre Ward: If i beat Sergey Kovalev, then what?
Andre Ward’s fight to break free from promoter Dan Goossen continues, and the super middleweight world champion is sticking to his guns. “You can’t get things done of significance when you have those kind of internal problems, and he’s just unwilling,” Ward told The Fight Network during Hall of Fame Weekend in Canastota, New York. “But he’s still obligated to get me fights, and he’s just, in my opinion, unable to produce that.” The 30-year-old Ward (24-0, 16 KOs), who defended his crown seven months ago in a wide unanimous decision over Edwin Rodriguez, was asked about making a move up to the 175-pound light heavyweight limit.

            They really do

They all can't seem to get on the same page and keep making complete arses out of themselves.

Discussing the actions and statements of GGG and his team regarding a Ward fight is not hate dude. Why should we avoid it just because it doesn't make GGG look good?

Sanchez is just a complete bell-end
                This^^^

And i am a big GGG fan but you're right. Floyd went up as far as he can realistically go IMO. Jumping up to 154 to fight De La Hoya was a pretty bold move at the time.

As i say, i like GGG a lot but they seem prepared enough to go up to 168 for Froch. I understand people like to build fights and get the best money possible but i don't think this fight will ever grow to the popularity they want. The truth is most people outside of boxing fans don't really know either of this guys and a guy like Ward who has a lot of skill doesn't have the personality to cross over to the casuals and non-followers of the sport.

The fight now is as big as it's ever going to be and neither have great options.

The same goes for Ward too though, the SMW division isn't what it was during the super 6 era. There isn't a lot of great fights for him there. GGG moving up would be the best but if not then why doesn't Ward go fight some of the top LHW. He doesn't seem overly keen on that either.

Really well heres a fact you don't care to acknowledge, if the Cotto/Canelo winner vacates there won't be no fights for you at MW.
