If Ward won't be at his best at 164 then this fight shouldn't be discussed. If ggg won't be at his best at 168 then they shouldn't even mention this fight. Fans should want to see fights on even terms, unfortunately, that's not the case anymore.
the thing is ward had no problem letting dawson drain himself down from 175 to 168.ward fans like to act like that was a great win it was not.these same fans don't want ward to go down to 164.

Ward has an arrogant feel about him and his actions during fight negotiations lend total credibility to that assumption. His demands show an elevated sense of self importance and value. Yet his "numbers" are atrocious, certainly not worthy of the demands that he puts on the table time and time again.

Bradley vs Vargas pulled in 1.228MM views (LINK) while Ward vs Smith pulled in a paltry 323K (LINK).

Feel free to decide for yourself who has more fans.
He's still been the B-Side in every PPV he's been in, and will always be because he's not a star. So by your logic, in all future negotiations he should shut up and do what he's told.

How can you back pulling rank, when your guy is always bottom of the barrel when in the same situation?

Also, please don't compare accolades of Bradley and Ward. In the pros and the amateurs Wards career has been leaps and bounds greater than Bradley.

Dawson said he'd come down to 168 and GGG said he would move up to 168. In fact, he nearly did for two fights but not Ward. So Ward is a b*tch for holding guys accountable?

Ward will get the same exposure Rigondeux used to get on Pac's cards and Ward will get the same results Rigondeux got.

Of course he didn't have a problem having HIS OPPONENT come down in weight. It didn't affect him. Going down in weight himself is an entirely different scenario and you know that but you will come with any excuse you can think of to defend Triple E. Dawson came down in weight to fight Ward because he wanted to fight Ward and had come off of a couple of losses. Ward is no where near in the same situation that Dawson was in. Wards time off and Dawson's losses are not parralell. No one even cares whether or not his victory over Dawson was good or not. It has no bearing on the subject at hand. Bringing up Dawson is just another one of Triple E's many extraordinarily elaborate excuses.

No he didn't. You can't lie about what he said when you posted it in your own comment bro. He said it sounded reasonable but he would have to think long and hard about if it's something that he could do. You guys are getting desperate.

dawson moved down on his own because he knew damn well that ward wasn't going fight him at light heavyweight as he was the b side.so he did what was necessary to make it happen.chavez and froch don't compare to ward both.both those guys bring in more fans and money than ward does.golovkin said that when he had no other options and he was a nobody.I remember when ward said he wanted to fight klitsko how's that going.

LOL you knew what was going on in Dawson's head when he said he'd beat Ward at 168?
