Kovalev has not even beaten anyone of Kesslers standing at that point in time (because the #1 ranked guy in the division is Stevenson and Kovalev will not fight him, whereas Kessler was #1 when Ward beat him)..... let alone someone of Frochs' standing at that point in time.
