I have no problem with Alvarez fighting Cotto 2x to build up his name more and then having a couple fights at the full 160lbs so that he's fully established in the division. Maybe Rosado, Heiland, Saunders, Lemieux, or Tureano.

Golovkin has enough to keep him busy with a unification fight with Lee/Saunders in the UK, mando vs Tureano, mando vs Jacobs/Quillin, and the 164lbs fight with Ward.

They are all HBO fighters. Haymon should announce he's gonna bid to put the fight on PBC, then Cotto or Canelo have to vacate and GGG has to stand down as mando.
