So 2 years later after Canelo and his fans cried about the Mayweather loss: Poor Canelo was drained doe. Canelo was a deadman at 152... he can still make 154?

    LMAOO!

The excuses never stop when it comes to getting your ass beat by TBE.

Canelo might fight GGG. Cotto will NEVER fight GGG. Period. I usually separate alphabet titles from genuine world titles, but if the winner vacates the alphabet title to avoid GGG, they vacate the real world title as well in my estimation.

The winner of Cotto/Canelo (canelo) will fight GGG but at 154.

GGG should have no problem with that since he demanded Andre Ward to come down to 164.

It'll be interesting seeing what GGG can do at 154.

I don't understand when Miguel Cotto became a coward. So many people on here making it seem like he will duck GGG . Just seems unfounded to me. Dude has gotten in the ring with just about everyone. Why is GGG any different that Cotto would duck him. Makes no sense

if the winner demands a catch weight with triple hype, what is the big deal? isn't triple hype willing to drop all the way to 154 for a payday against floyd? i mean we all know he's gonna be drained and get his nose boxed off, but hes willing to do it.. don't like it? too bad, he's the B side.. or how about triple hype go find his nuts and face the son of god at 168.

Whats the point of mentioning catchweight if both fighters agreed? I mean it tarnishes everything, just keep the normal middleweight limit and come in under that if youre more comfortable.

Like its only a catchweight if one fighter is coming down in weight.

Correct me if im wrong but only heavyweight has a minimum weight limit. Any other class then anyone can fight as long as you dont go over.

Eg. Rigo vs kovalev for the LHW title could be made. The can both weigh anything upto 175.

First must see who wins and what they do.
GGG is the mandatory and a catchweight cannot be imposed on a mandatory defense. The winner will actually have to stand up like a man and fight at 160 or slither away on his belly after vacating the title.

Nice to see someone else who actually gets it.

That is my point of view as well. Vacate one and you vacate all. There should also be a notation in the record books with the details.
