Fighting and beating GGG at 154 wouldn't make him the goat AT ALL. Now if he fought and beat GGG at 160 for the middleweight title he would have an honest claim to being the goat. Beating GGG at 154 is not the issue for being the goat for Floyd. Its moving up to middleweight(160) and doing the impossible and beating the guy everyone universally recognizes as the best middleweight right now and that's GGG. And IMO I truly whole heartly feel Floyd has a great shot at winning. Like I said beating GGG at 154 is not the issue for me for making Floyd the goat. But moving up to Midddlweight and winning the title against the best middleweight and making history is what matters if he truly and honestly wants to be in the talks for being the GOAT.

I happen to think a win over GGG at any weight after starting your career at 130 lbs is one hell of an accomplishment. An ATG feat. I'm not so sure p4p no.4 GGG is quite getting the respect he deserves on this forum . This guy is an absolute boxing monster. For anyone to come UP in weight to beat him would be nothing short of a miracle. He had been documented and confirmed to have put the current best LHW through the ringer in the gym not that long ago. This is the guy who abused ATG Hopkins I might add. I'm telling you right here and now, if Floyd did dtbg at 154 and up, he would get absolutely humiliated and stopped by GGG. So in my eyes, if he were to pull off that one in any fashion, I think he would be in the ATG discussion. Simple as that.

Man, I'm tired of all these new subjects that come up to beat Jr. after the last one failed. Let's face the reality. Jr. sets these guys up at the right moment to face them and make you believe they have a chance.

Canelo was too green. Pacquiao was too old.

He would never face GGG unless GGG lost an arm or something and then after beating him, the people would be looking for the next best thing to beat Jr. There is a pattern there, but it's not out of greatness.

Just a few days ago you were criticizing the Mosley fight for Manny yet the fight happened only a year after the Floyd fight. But for Floyd, you say that Mosley is a top win. You must be a Floyd fan.

The Mosley that fought Floyd can be compared to the one that Manny fought. Mosley was rusty as nails since he hadn't fought in like 16 months prior to Floyd. Not a good thing especially when you hit ~39. The Mosley that Manny fought, like I said was a year older but was an active fighter. So pick your poison.

It will propel him higher, but sadly Floyd is also a victim of circumstance, but some could be attributed his own fault too for not fighting certain fights or fighters at there prime. Circumstance that his biggest wins of Prime fighters are Corrales, JLC, ill give him Hatton too. Some Floyd fans say well Mosley was still #3 p4p, Well that just proves Floyd at that time fought in a very weak WW era if Old man Mosley is p4p #3. Theres no case anyone can make that Floyd is #1 GOAT not even close to being #1 imo.

Why are you contradicting yourself. You felt Floyd had to beat Hatton, Shane and Manny to be the GOAT. He did that yet you are not acknowledging him as the GOAT. Why?

GGG's best win is Martin ****ing Murray,He has not defeated 1 current champion and is now facing Lemiuex who just won a vacant belt and he himself never beat anyone...GGGis so hyped on here it is crazy...his resume is worse then Maidana's and even Berto's..

you're not taking weight into account when you say that. martin murray is a middleweight. berto and maidana are welterweights.


p4p they do have better resume, but the p4p evaluation isn't real. martin murray would beat everybody on berto's resume, without any trouble.
