Why aren't you acknowledging that? You can call it whatever you want but your black and white stance on the fight and your preconceived notion that Brook is going to kill Khan is setting you up for failure in the near future.
What the hell are you on about? He could have fought Brook and still been available for Mayweather. He fought Algieri, didn't he? Mayweather-Pacquiao was announced on February 21st. There was ample time to get the Brook fight done and promoted - not that it needed much promotion.

Why would the negotiations have dragged? Brook's team weren't being difficult. Khan was being given the lion's share of the purse and Wembley Stadium was already booked to stage the fight.

I was picking Khan in the fight! But his lack of confidence in beating Brook means he's already lost half the battle.

You can't force guys like Khan in the ring with you.

Either he wants to fight or he doesn't.

      So far he's been ducking.

He's keeping himself readily available to Maywesther he's not ducking Brook. Brook and Khan will fight, to say that he's ducking is premature.

The stadium was booked for JUNE! Before Maywesther announced Pacquiao as an opponent. AND two months before September, Mayweather last predetermined date for a fight.

So, again. How does this NOT take him out of the Maywesther sweepstakes?

Yeah, he fought Algieri after Maywesther signed to fight Pac. And not in June.

            So...........?

It was booked for June 13th. He fought on May 29th.

Same date as Brook, or the day before. Brook wanted to fight Khan, but as Khan chickened out he found Gavin as a replacement.

              Khan shamelessly fought Algieri.

Bro, you know Damn well that's pushing it. That's half a month FFS.

So let me get this straight. You and Dirk are suggesting that Khan sign to fight Brook in JUNE in December of 2014? Coming off his best win in years and a front runner for the maywesther sweepstakes in May? And IF he doesn't land the Maywesther fight in May he is to **** himself out of a Maywesthrr fight in September by fighting Brook in the middle of June? Get ****ing real.

You guys are sounding like fanboys without a pot to piss in. That's not how business is conducted.

If he doesn't land Mayweather then he doesn't, but you don't remove yourself from contention, of the biggest fight of your life.

Of course, hind sight is 20-20 and would have been a good move since its looking like he's gonna get snubbed out of September as well

Mayweather signed to fight Pacquiao on February 21st.

June to July to August to September is 3 months.

If you don't have a decent grasp of the situation, you perhaps shouldn't try debating me on it.

Khan had +3months from the day Mayweather signed to fight Pacquiao. He could have also fought Brook more than a month ago and still be in the running for September. with another 3 months between. Mayweather still hasn't announced his next fight yet.

Any pro fighter can fight with 3 months space. Especially for Mayweather. Simple fact is Khan tried to ease his way to a Mayweather fight - Fighting "names" but not hard fights.

His last two fights were beaten just before he fought them. He has clearly taken the easy route.
