Now someone has actually spinned it to Kovalev avoiding Stevenson?

You little twits do hang on to every little thing and just keep hammering it till it sticks, don't you.

There is one simple criteria here in order to know who is ducking who, and that is, WHO IS EASIER TO DEAL WITH NEGOTIATION WISE: The answer is Kovalev.

What does a purse bid have to do with anything anyway? Do two title-holders who want to face each other badly need a purse bid in order to fight? Up until recently, Stevenson has had no urgency to face Kovalev. He would've rather preferred Froch and Bute.
You have clearly explained the situation so even the less intelligent fans can understand; however, the muleheaded blind faith believers of Al Haymon will continue to insist that Stevenson never ducked. Nothing will ever convince them otherwise.

It was obvious they didn't like each other, Sergey seems to have stronger hate towards Artur though.
They should let this fight build. Apparently they've begun talking and it's going "in the right direction".
I seriously don't know why Yvon Michel wants this fight right now, when Artur still needs to add more tools to his game and gain experience.
            But they're protecting Stevenson.
I hope the fight doesn't happen next. Give Beterbiev, Fonfara next and end the year with Stevenson or something. No point in protecting Stevenson anymore.

kovalev hopkins and pascal do not like each other... but they all agree stevenson ducked the **** out of them and had no problems all fighting each other

that doesn't strike you as a bit su****ious?

stevenson got famous when boxing was going through an extremely slow period. his defining win at age 37 is chad dawson.

everyone at 175 is DYING to fight him, he's a sitting duck worth a lot of $$$.

Sure. It's that simple. Nothing enters into the equation other than the amateur results. Beterbiev having repeatedly shot off his mouth as if nothing Sergey has accomplished as a professional merits any consideration when next they fight. Beterbiev's nationality and religion could not possibly enter into the equation either. Nor could any assessment of their exhibited fighting skill as professionals possibly tell Sergey that he holds the reins while Beterbiev wears the bit, that Sergey cracks the whip while Beterbiev feels its sting, or that Sergey drives his spurs as Beterbiev's flanks bleed. Sure. It's that simple, and we're that ******.

It's not only the chechen "thing". There is a dislike of all nations from North Caucasus in Russian society. It's mostly because of the behaviour of people of these nations. Many of them (of course not all, but many) are agressive people, which respect only power and only their nation, are rude with women. If there is conflict between a man of their nation and a man of another nation they don't try to find out who is right and who is wrong, the only right side is a side of their man. Also in conflicts they often use knives (instead of bare fists) and often they beat one man with a crowd (not fair one-to-one fight).
I will repeat again that there are some great people among them, but many of them are just as I have described.

No apology for your English is necessary; your message came through loud and clear, and that is what communication is all about.

lol Believe me it's way better than the trailer makes it look.

Here's Brat 1 with English subtitles

Yes, these are one of the favourite Kovalev's movies))
His entrance song is from the Brat-2 movie. He said in the interview that he sees himself somewhat similar to the main hero of the movie, which had came to USA "to find the truth" or something like that.
