The only problem I have with the Berto fight is that it's PPV. If it was on Showtime or on CBS, I'd have no problem with it. Floyd could say that he's putting it on SHO or CBS just for the fans. SHO/CBS and Floyd made more than enough money with May/Pac.

If someone is a huge Floyd fan, why keep comparing his career to pacquiao's? If I was just some fanboy I'd look at Floyds career at a much high perspective and holler at Floyd to take the higher steps toward greatness. Instead of saying "well pacquiao had soft touches why can't Floyd", cheer and tell Floyd to fight the higher caliber fights and put what any other fighter did competition wise to shame. You must have missed Guerrero's last fight. Hell even at his peak he's at best 50/50 with these guys. Ortiz quits against Rios for sure, wouldn't be surprised if Algieri made him quit as well.

Mayweather has been in the media and on HBO before anyone even knew who Manny Pacquaio was in the late 90's
