He hates Steverson so much, as if steveson ****** his chick or somthing. Whilst kind of like Mayweather Steverson ignores his antics doesn't even care about him.
Kov really hates him because he has the green belt, Jealousy!! but he don't want to do anything about it for himself.

Dan Rafael stated that Edwin Rodriguez might be the next in line for Stevenson. Kovalev has the superior resume here and plus he wasn't knocked out by Darnell Boone like Stevenson was.

Edwin Rodriguuez and Artur Beterbiev should allowed to test Stevenson and Kolalev.

The fight couldn't happen because Kovalev is contractually signed to HBO, Adonis does not have a contract with Showtime but he is affiliated with Showtime and obviously PBC. Had it gone to a purse bid no way in hell would duva out-due Haymon. Had it gone to a purse bid and Haymon won, fight would have not happened because Kovalev has a contract with HBO. Only way it would happen is if HBO/Showtime work together same as with May/Pac but no way that would have happened because the fight is not as massive as the May/Pac. Kovalev would thrash Stevenson anyway. Kovalev has a better resume...HBO made Stevenson. Ever since he switched to Haymon he's been fighting unknowns except for Fonfara who gave him a hell of a fight.

Perhaps Kov should just beat the **** out of Stevenson in a street fight and just take the belt? - It´s amazing how quickly Adonis turned the prestigious green strap into a worthless trinket. The champion defines a belt´s worth, not the other way around. A lot of WBC belts seem to be made of paper these days.

How is it then that both Hopkins and Pascal had a hard time negotiating a fight with him? He hasn't just avoided Kovalev, but every legitimate threat at 175. Or was Bika a threat? Or will TBA be as well? You mean he went with Haymon(only has had one with in PBC) for a more money an easy fights.

It must be hard having to defend such indefensible fighters.

I dont want to hear the HBO excuse either. Clearly HBO doesnt have Kovalev's best interest in mind if they arent even willing to go to the table. They already showed that they play hardball, they tried to with Showtime with Mayweather-Pacquaio, regardless of Showtime having the obvious A side fighter of that equation. None of this is Stevensons fault. Kovalev's team pulled out. Facts.

Can't put an HBO exclusive fighter on CBS/Showtime/NBC/ABC/SPIKE/BET simple as that. This is bigger than both fighters. Haymon has Stevenson who has a belt he can display on prime time tv when he wants so HBO is useless to him. Duva has a guy who has all doors open for her at HBO. Doesn't matter how much these two want to maul each other, the real fight is between the folks who sign their checks.
