Why any Ward fan would feel the need to be defensive is beyond me.

Ward just came back, he had his tune up now he is going on his warpath.

GGG will keep fighting espn fighters waiting on a Canelo fight he isnt going to get.

Ward will be fighting the likes of Degeale, Dirrell, Badou Jack, and Groves. All elite fighters he hasn't beaten yet. After he starts beating those guys his stock will skyrocket and GGG will still be back at square one because he only fights scrubs.

Give it a year Ward will make GGG irrelevant without even stepping in the ring and they will be forced to come up to 168 as they will have no excuses.

cotto is a small middleweight. he's actually a JMW, and was best at 147 lbs.

golovkin and ward are much closer in size than golovkin and cotto.

Their fight night weight is like within 10 pounds, I guarantee it. GGG has weighed 170 and Ward was 173.8 one of his last fights at 168. The size difference is way less than what other fighters take on routinely.

... But tell me what would have happened if Ward held the "lineal" belt at the 160 right now?
        I wait...

          GGG fights Canelo/(Cotto) then Ward

          Ward fights GGG then Kovalev

          But to average NSB users:

GGG forgets his lineal title opportunity and fights Ward at 168

Ward waits for as long as it takes GGG to fight him and THEN move up to 175 for Kovalev

Definitely nothing wrong with that! Triple Duck doe

Stop being a disingenuous butthurt ***.

GGG can't get the MW fight he wants. He is 34 yrs old. WHy would he keep waiting for a fight he likely isn't going to get?

Since he can't, people are suggesting he fight ward, then ward will fight Kov if he wins.

Ward got all the fights @168 he wanted, that's why he can wait. GGG likely would have to wait more given either Canelo/lemuix or Cotto/Floyd are real possibilities.

You also are being disingenuous because GGG was willing to forgo the lineal MW title to fight Froch or Chavez @ 168, so for you to act like he never considered abandoning this dream is complete BS>

i like you, bro, but you're hardly coherent sometimes. i don't undestand your question / the rhetoric behind it.

is englie a second language? that's not a jab, i just genuinely don't understand what you're talking about sometimes.

I am down with GGG testing the waters at 164 like Ward did at 172.
Who knows maybe neither guy will be good moving up.

That isn't sufficient enough because he was willing to test 168 with froch or chavez jr. If those fights wouldn't derail the unification dream than ward @ 168 will not.

GGG just doesn't want to risk a loss at this point.

But it is sufficient enough because Chavez and Froch are bums compared to Ward.

Of course you're gonna fight a bum and give them advantages.

When you are fighting the best, you're gonna try to get what you want.

GGG's team says ****** things. So does Wards.
                    They are both hypocrites.
