What's just as funny is that means the size difference between Ward/Kovalev is even less than the size difference between Golovkin/Ward, and yet Ward & Hunter are quoted multiple times in recent interviews saying they need to move up to LHW the 'right way', and take a few fights there first before Kovalev.

Any evidence to back up your claims? Kovalev weighed 189lb for Pascal, Ward 176 for Dawson, Golovkin weighs 170s.

I wish all those alphabet soup organization would come together and put a ban on catch weights for title fights. If you can't fight at the weight which you challenge for a title or weight in which you hold the title (Miguel Cotto) then you shouldn't be fighting at that weight.

Two things and that's it for me on this topic

1. Abel is sounding like TMT/Cotto. "We the A side do; we don't need Ward." Now they better ****ing revere Cotto as the A side and bend backwards. Also, GGG fans and Floyd haters (lots of correlation), your guy just said something that Floyd said for years and he was dumped on on this site. GGG is that now. Even though he's not actually an A side on any level.

If he was, he wouldn't be begging for Canelo or Cotto and Ward would come down tomorrow. So, GTFO with the A side ****. An A side is Cotto, Floyd, Pac, Canelo. You're just an A side next to Monroe

2. Abel has to eat giant amounts of crow. This is the guy who said GGG would beat anyone from 154 to 175. "Kovalev? GGG killed him!" Now I don't believe anything he has said. All hype.

I'll say one thing for GGG, at least he offered to go down 6 for Floyd, so asking Ward to come down 4 is not bad, when you look at it that way. Another thing, GGG needs to stay near 157-160, because I know that Cotto or canelo will tell him to come to 155 or no fight, and when that happens, GGG can't say ****!

They know they're not ready for Ward and NEVER will be. Look at who GGG was just breaking his neck to fight. Carl Froch.

We all saw what SOG did to a prime Carl Froch. GGG was willing to go up to 168 for a Carl Froch that was talking loudly about retirement.

What u GGG fans need to realize is that their actually in the EXACT same predicament . Ward can negotiate a GGG , Degale or Kovalev fight . GGG can also ONLY negotiate WARD or Lemeuix next . Cotto WON'T fight him and Canelo wants to wait a while . outside of that , they can both only fight tomato's next . Sanchez knows this but will continue to pretend like GGG's options r so wide open . My question is this ; if the Lemeuix negotiations fall through , where is Go-lov-him going next ? Straight to another can if not Ward !
