I seriously doubt Ward ever moves up to 175, he'll retire like he said he almost did twice already, before he faces Kovalev. He'll cry that everybody's against him and say he's just too good.
You're right, let Ward come down to 160lbs like he had Dawson do for him at 168.Comment

Chavez Jr sucks and is an embarrassment to the sport but for him Golovkin will go up to 168.
Andre Ward doesn't suck and is a classy representative of the sport but Golovkin under no circumstances will go up to 168 for him.
It's obvious why. Andre would box his ears off and ruin Golovkin's earnings potential. He's got these b*tches on Team GGG shook.Comment

You even watch the video? It does more harm for your argument than good.
As his trainer he knows his fighter more than anyone and at the time the video was recorded (December 2014) he says Ward isnt ready for LHW. Then on the flipside you have GGG and his team who talk trash about Ward and pursue other fights at 168 but have no interest in fighting Ward. He says he wont do anything like that with Ward where he goes up to fight Pascal, etc but avoid Kovalev.
Since the video was out: From what we've been told there have been discussions for Kovalev-Ward fightComment

Still no evidence. Golovkin can drain more water weight than Ward which allows him to fight in a lower division.Comment

Golovkin's Coach: Andre Ward Must Go to 164 or No Fight
COWARDS!!!
Abel, Loeffler, Gennady...all of them.
168 is good enough for Froch and Chavez but not Ward and I know why....because he will actually be fighting someone with a ring IQ that won't get hit with the same punch twice.Comment

"... Ward fights some Angulo at 168 or he retires, again, as the misunderstood genius of boxing, that he actually is... turning his back to the crowds..."Comment

Fought at 172, to see how his body would respond and not have to stress over making weight after such a long layoff. Youre only reading into so much to save face for you boy GGGComment
