I wish all those alphabet soup organization would come together and put a ban on catch weights for title fights. If you can't fight at the weight which you challenge for a title or weight in which you hold the title (Miguel Cotto) then you shouldn't be fighting at that weight.

Golovkin, Mayweather, Canelo, Pacquiao, Cotto etc etc... All fighters with leverage and options ack the same. I don't get why fans can't understand that. Now all the GGG fans are going to spend the next 4 years back tracking on everything they have said over the past 3 years trying to justify GGG's position. Sanchez is right that they don't need Ward. There's no network pushing for this fight.

WHY is Ward ducking the fight so much!?? LET'S DO THIS ******!!! We are coming up to fight the bigger guy, let's meet in the middle! Why is Gennady expected to be the only one to make a sacrifice for this fight? ****ing ****** is dead scared of Gennady.

It comes down to 1 simple thing, Golovkin fears Ward and wants to weaken him.

I seriously doubt Ward ever moves up to 175, he'll retire like he said he almost did twice already, before he faces Kovalev. He'll cry that everybody's against him and say he's just too good.

You're right, let Ward come down to 160lbs like he had Dawson do for him at 168.

Meh, I'm done with the fuckery.

Looks like GGG-Lemieux is looking like a done deal. Fun fight.

Time for Ward to look elsewhere for the immediate future.

Golovkin and his team received more than their fair share of heat in recent days, after placing a catch-weight demand on a potential fight with Ward. The reason for the heat, is because Golovkin was willing to fight both Carl Froch and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. at the full super middleweight limit.

Nothing else to see Team Ward. GGG and co want NO PARTS of you. Time to move up to 175 and focus on Kovalev and Stevensen.

GGG ain't about that life... he'll find out the mistake he made when Cotto/Canelo/Mayweather stall him out for years to come.

It comes down to how much Ward wants this fight. Both have to make weight for this fight, one has to move up a bit and the other one has to move down a bit. Ward can make 160 for Mayweather but cant make even 164 for GGG?

Anyway it seems like Lemieux vs GGG is on, Ward can try to fight Kovalev and impress all of us, i would probably become a fan
