Youre correct, they're being smart, because Ward will screw up everything they had going, everyone is scared, the most feared/avoided guy, ill fight anyone 154-168 angles he's used, while fighting cans and cab drivers. He doesnt want to step up his level of competition, hey not everyone strives to be great, some people just do enough to get by...

forget about 154-168 already. Get actualized man. GGG is not to blame for being most avoided modern boxer. Blame others for being cowards, or boring wrestlers

Why was it fair when Ward called out Dawson and Dawson came down from 175? Ward was more popular at the time from finishing the super 6. But now times have changed he's been in the ring a whopping 3 times in the past four years. Put it this way Ward just fought on BET with atrocious numbers. GGG stock has risen significantly since 2012 he is the A side now and boxing is a business get that through your heads.

Ward didn't call out Dawson. Dawson shot his mouth off in a postfight interview saying he'd go to 168 to fight him.

Mister 164 made it clear that he's willing to behead all comers from 154-168....weight classes don't count anymore and you KNOW it....we got 160 pound can crushers calling out 147 pounders...we got cw fights being fought on the regular....so it is possible to duck someone outside your weight class with the way the sport is being ran today

If GGG-Lemieux is on PPV. It would be a monumental success if it topped 150K buys. GGG has ZERO casual fan base. And very lil to no hardcore fans who aren't GGG fanboys would order.

at a 30 day weight in ggg was 173...the camp was an 8 week camp..so after 26 days of training he was still 173...i think that suggest he walk aroun 183-190ish

he's been smaller but that was with discipline, but eating like normal ppl i'd bet he's a walkin light heavy

And Ward is probably walking around at Cruiserweight - so what's your point. Kovalev probably walks around close to 200 and I damn well know Stevenson isn't walking around at 190 - more like 205. All supposition on my part but so is what you are spouting.

JCC and Froch were low risk high reward, Ward is high risk low reward and GGG IS the A-side here, be it wrong or right. Also, GGG is p4p #4 Ring, #3 BR and Ward is not rated. But I know, facts don´t apply here as this is turning into another Pac-Floyd nonsense. So, I´ll ignore these threads until some kind of agreement is reached for the fight.

GGG is looking real "suspect" with his demand of 164. You would go to 168 for Chavez Jr., but not Andre Ward? That's not swag! I understand 50/50 on money, but not the 4 lbs. on weight. Ward has beaten Froch, and there's no doubt he would destroy Chavez Jr., so I can't defend his weight demands for Andre Ward!

So Golovkin is the only fighter who gets a pass on catchweights? His trainer is constantly killing Cotto in interviews about catchweights and this.... Truth is GGG is doing the same thing to Ward that Cotto is doing to him. They don't want a challenge, they dont care about the belt, they want a little guy with a big name.

Says he'll fight Froch and Chavez at 168 but Ward has to be at 164.

Boxing has a lot to do with race pride and therefore is an extremely color conscious sport . I really don't take much issue with that , but when someone has been on their knees guzzling a fighters load for so long that they go blind , deaf and dumb , that's when I take serious issue . Ward weighed 176 for Dawson, his last recorded fight night weight. Golovkin weighed 173 for Rubio. Feel free to provide evidence of this 15 lb difference for fight night.
