Seems like a double standard to me.

You mean Ward moving up to fight the guy that their trying to make a fight with? Y'all doing everything you can to protect GGG I see.

This is embarassing for Ward. He's already ducking Kovalev and not moving up to take his legacy fight when he has NO ONE to fight at 168. Now he doesn't even want to move down 4lbs to fight the only other guy worth fighting who would boost his legacy?

So essentially he's content with staying at 168 and fight truck drivers and landscapers on BET.

Embarrassed for Ward for and his fans. He's letting everyone down.

This is why people scream racism, because you guys say one thing about the black fighters and another when it comes to the great white hype. You change the rules when its a black guy, but blatantly change when it applies to our pale skinned boxers. <<<
          -Golovkin is half Korean, FYI.

-Floyd fought Canelo at a catch weight

-Golovkin is willing to fight Ward at a catch weight (which Ward could easily cut water weight to). Why's it okay for Floyd to fight at a catch weight but not Golovkin? Golovkin is the A-side, and draws more views. Ward, doesn't. It must be because he's white, right?

-Can Canelo count as a "great white hype"? People are already asking him to come up and fight Golovkin. Does that count?

It's not about race. It shouldn't ever have been. The fact that you try making it about race is pathetic.

The reason people don't want Golovkin to move up yet and fight Ward is because we want to see Canelo vs Golovkin after Canelo vs Cotto. That fight may be possible within a year. After that, he can go fight Ward.

And his fans would rather watch none competitve fights when he is involved. But they cry when others do it (see Wilder)
Get out of here with this strive for greatness crap.
            • Was Ward striving for greatness when he turned down fights with Bute & Stevenson? He said they needed to prove themselves and during that same time was calling out Chavez Jr and signing a fight with Kelly Pavlik.
            • Was Ward striving for greatness fighting Dawson at 168 when he said he'd go up to 175 for the right fight?
            • Was Ward striving for greatness by having all his fights for the S6 in Oakland & Carson save the one fight that was already set in AC?
            • Was Ward striving for greatness by trying to fight Caleb Truax at 168?
            • Was Ward striving for greatness by refusing to fight Froch in Nottingham?
            • Was Ward striving for greatness fighting Paul Smith at 172lbs?

Funny that you replied to my post but didn't answer the question.

Ward said GGG first, before Kovalev. I asked why can't Ward fight Kovalev first than GGG.

I guess that must mean Ward is also a coward because he wants to fight a man a division below his instead of moving up for Kovalev.

LOL, dont be mad at me...I didnt say i'd fight anyone 154 to 168 then get called out, and proven to be a liar. Im not the one that claims people are scared to fight, and then get called out. Im not claiming im the best and want a "big drama show" then get called out. Look at my pic, its so true. If you already came out and said you would fight A or B at 168, why not C....because of the level of competition, nothing else and thats why it bothers you guys so much. Just like pac, this guy is turning out to be a fraud, and it hurts to have it happen so close to 5/2/15. He's afraid of the competition, its very clear now. Youre gonna turn down the challenge of a lifetime, to go fight a cab driver. Cool, but I will not watch another of this abw (anybody but ward) fighters fights and I buy almost all of the ppv's boxing offers. He's a nobody from now on, another great white hype.

Still think GGG is a monster but the mystique is gone. His true colors were shown and its a shame he doesnt have confidence in himself.
