First split decision loss miraculously turns into the draw, second - you fail to mention that Kovalev met Boone second time and KOd him in two rounds.

That's because it was only pointing out how tough of an opponent Boone can be.

I believe Stevenson went on to avenge his loss to Boone as well. Still doesn't take away from the fact that Boone was game opponent for some of the best fighter in the world.

KOvalev is a different animal then he was in the amateurs...

Kovalev hands are downright lethal, still doesn't guarantee him a victory over someone like Ward. At the moment I have the fight slightly in Kovalev's favor only because I haven't seen Ward in with a decent 175lb opponent yet.

I do think the boxing world needs to put some social pressure on Golovkin. The cancrushing was cute for a while but Ward is ready to fight now and Golovkin isn't signed to anything so it only makes sense for this to happen.

Kovalev needs to fight Stevenson as well. The winner of that can fight Ward. Right now, Andre does need to take care of Genady first as you don't want to add weight then try to come back down. Always work your way up in you weight.

This is true. So why are you saying GGG should move up for Ward then back down to 160 for Cotto/Canelo and Lemieux?

Beterbiev didn't ruin Kovalev as an amateur. He did beat him twice, but both were close points decisions.

If they fought now Kovalev would win. When Beterbiev gets more pro experience, it will be a 50/50 fight.

Why won't this damn site furnish any of the articles that has all the OTHER boxing sites buzzing right now regarding Ward doing everything in his power to get coward azz GGG to the negotiating table ??? Ward has already said he'd fight Kovalev after GGG . I'm starting to think that this site is owned by HBO , because they protect GGG like crazy . They don't mind furnishing articles about Kovalev's desire to fight Ward , but when Ward sounds off about his desire to fight GGG , this site seems mum on the issue !!!

No bullsh** when it comes to Kovalev. He says it like it is. He definitely has a better resume than Stevenson. In ring he is a monster but outside he's actually a pretty cool guy.

That's how I see it too: Crusher inside the ring, but an interesting personality outside the ring.

Both GGG and Sergey hit far harder than any other fighters whom Ward has already faced. Ward literally will not know what hit him. Whomever (GGG or Sergey) Ward first fights will reduce SOG to mere mortal status - with Ward losing his fights with them - however many fights there may be.
