I wonder if you criticized Stevenson this much when he signed with Haymon & fled to Showtime to avoid Kovalev? How about when Aduckis failed to close deals with either Pascal or Hopkins? Did you stand on a mountain top and cry foul then?

Lol Ward fans are gonna now demand pressure for GGG to move up and fight him before he gets knocked out by Kovalev. Ward cleaned out his division like 2 yrs ago. GGG has Lemeuix and the Cotto Canelo winner to get it on with.

When Adonis signed to showtime, I was on a ban.

WHy would I call out Adonis when Hopkins made a deal to fight Kov? I was happy that Kov/Bhop was happening.

Fled to showtime? you didn't say Kov fled to HBO. don't get mad at me that I am pointing out what Kov did. you should be mad at him for not giving you the fight you want.

we elite andre ward fans don't need to bash our prospective opponents. we are confident that we will win. we try to be honest and objective, and recognize that that kind of attitude will lead to the truth - that andre ward is the son of god, and the planet's best fighter.

froch - golovkin would have been a great, great fight. i can't see why you'd try and sh#t on it.
So why are you still randomly bringing him up?

Every thread. Same ****. Honestly just thinking about putting you on ignore if you don't step your game up and stop being a boring ****.

You weren't banned so long that the event was no longer relevant upon your return.

So you want Kovalev to step up in competition, but it's ok if Stevenson keeps fighting lower level fighters and letting the bigger fights fall through?

Fled, ran like a b1tch- it's all the same. Kovalev has been fighting on HBO since he got his big break with them. Just because Stevenson fled, doesn't mean Kovalev has to chase his b1tch ass in hopes of getting to fight him. If I saw Stevenson, I'd tell him to his face that I think he's afraid of Kovalev. If you saw Kovalev, I doubt you'd tell him that you think he's afraid of Stevenson, because you know that's not true.

He didn't sign an HBO deal until after Adonis signed to showtime. Afraid, dude we are not kids, neither guy is afraid of the other.

What clowns like you do not get is fighters of the same status behave similarly. Adonis was the name in the division-so he signed a deal to capitalize of that, delaying the Kov fight and trying to maximize the revenue for the Kov fight.

Kov beat bhop and pascal and got to that level, now he resigned with HBO, delaying the fight more, to maximize the revenue.

Come to grips with the reality that Kov/Duva behave the same way AL/Adonis did. Sorry to break it to you.

Allow me to clarify, since you want to pretend to not know what I'm saying. Adonis is afraid of a career-crippling ass whipping @ the hands of Kovalev.

Some of my words must be hitting home, since you have resorted to name-calling; something you & I have never regressed to in previous debates with each other. I'll refrain from such. Frankly, I'm a little surprised.

Stevenson was never @ a level to dictate anything, otherwise, HBO would have met his demands for a huge payday to fight Fonfara without a promise to fight Kovalev next. He was an untested fighter, who's biggest victories were Dawson & Cloud, neither of whom have enjoyed a long championship run. They had both already lost their previous fights & begun downward spirals.

Stevenson may have made moves that suggested he was the man, but his subsequent fights and current position have proven that he was & is not. If Kovalev is playing a similar game as you suggest, I don't blame him. He's blowing up, while Stevenson is stagnating, milking it & at nearly 38 years old, running out of time. Aduckis is becoming a has-been that never quite was.

No Adonis isn't, and neither is Kov. If anything, Kov pulling out of the purse bid after asking for should lead you to determine he is afraid. Of course, you will gloss over that.

Dawson was a top5 p4p fighter, yes he had just lost to Ward but Ward was a top 2 p4p fighter.

Look dude you can pretend what Kov is doing is honorable or virtuous. You can not call him on it. Is what it is.

He did the same thing Adonis did, only did it after he asked for and then pulled out of a purse bid that we all thought would force the fight to happen.

Kovalev isn't afraid of losing to Stevenson. He's found a home & success @ HBO; why should he upset that apple cart to chase after Stevenrun? Why should HBO bend over for Haymon and Quackenson, just because the fans want to see the fight happen? At the end of the day, Stevenson's career is looking like it's in a stagnant pool, while Kovalev seems to be interested in a long, successful one. Eventually, I believe Kovalev & Stevenson will meet. If you want to put points on the outcome, I got the Krusher.

If that's true then why did Stevenson's side call for a purse bid? If Kovalev isn't ducking Stevenson then why did the TOMATO KAN Krusher's side pull out of the purse bid and forfeit their mandatory status?
