Both sides are playing with the media. Ward is doing it in this very thread. All either side has to do is pick up the phone, but no, they expect the other guy to pick up the phone and call.

This is what happens when you have inexperienced promoters. They both feel by calling, you are already the B-side in the negotiations.

Ward never said GGG ducked him back then. Ward clearly wasn't interested back then and there's nothing to deny.

Thats an entirely different topic, and I agree. It still doesnt change what I said from being a fact. You cant call Cotto a diva, and then praise and condone GGG's stance. Keep it funky, reeks of just simply an agenda.

Im also being realistic because GGG is showing hes no different than Martinez. They both are/were willing to move up for the right fighter except for Ward, and willing to move down for Mayweather.

Lets not kid ourselves. MW strap or not, GGG would have still been calling out Cotto, along with Mayweather. Like I said we've seen this before and not even that long ago.

Remember Ward alleging 8-9 excuses etc. So when was this alleged ducking happening? When Ward is in court suing his promoter?

Apparently there's nothing to deny, Ward did nix the fight when HBO asked about it. Too bad, he was clear cut A side then.

Not true as they have said they want to unify all belts. Cotto was irrelevant until he beat Martinez. Remember everyone was after Martinez until up to that point.

Cotto is The Champ at MW. GGG has no credentials at 168. If Cotto had no lineal belt, doubt GGG would be chasing him hard, nor are they chasing Floyd, but of course they'd take it if it was an option, who wouldn't. When all these guys were at 154, GGG said he'd drop to 154 for any of them. That's a major concession.

People saying "If Ward wants the fight" or Ward "Needs the fight" are silly. Why would he need it? and its not up to him he can want it BADLY but if GGG is not willing to move up why would he lose sleep over it?

Ward can simply move up and he has a big fight waiting staring at him against Kovalev for most of the light heavyweight belts in what would be a legacy fight and an actualy achievement.

What big fight besides against Ward is available for GGG? There is none. HES the one that needs the fight. Canelo anit fighting him, Cotto anit fighting him

Canelo-Lemieux and Cotto-Lee(@ MSG) will happen before GGG gets his hands on any of those 4 fighters. Again, what big fight is out there for GGG? Chavez? lol

Mayweather's first PPV only did 300k buys, Genius. Ward Bum-love-kin is one of the two or three biggest fights that can be made in boxing right now. It does 300k EASILY...
